The MaxFund Wellness Center and Covid-19

With public safety in mind, we have established some new rules in our facility. 
-Everyone is required to wear a face-mask (we DO NOT provide face-masks), if you do not wear a face-mask, you will be refused services.
-The completion of a brief COVID-19 exposure questionnaire is required at check in. If you are ill, it is IMPARATIVE to let us know and we will make arrangements. 
-Children under the age of 18 are not allowed inside the building under any circumstances. Please DO NOT leave your child unattended. 
-If needed or desired, we are happy to meet you outside. We can bring the patient back and forth and conference over the phone so that you do not have to enter the building if you do not feel comfortable doing so.
-Only one human per-pet is allowed inside the facility
-There is a maximum of 5 people in the waiting area
-We are allowing only one owner to be in the exam room during the exam/treatment
-Payment is always due at the time of service and cost is not based on income.

Our affordable services are in high demand. Please expect the wait time to be long (it could be multiple hours, depending on the day). The waiting time is unpredictable and your patience is appreciated. 
NEW: To help ease the stress of a long wait time, we have implemented a new procedure. After you have checked in, you must wait outside of the building. We are only allowing the next 5 in line to wait inside the lobby so that you are present and ready when we are. We will call your phone when you are a part of the next five to be seen. This will give you plenty of time to come back to the clinic if you decide to leave the premises or even go back home to wait!


We operate primarily as by appointment only. 

Because we are a very busy facility, be prepared to wait.
We are not an emergency facility and, therefore, do not prioritize more serious cases over others. It is first-come, first-serve. If your pet needs to be seen immediately, we will refer you to a more appropriate emergency facility.
All surgical procedures must be scheduled. We do not preform same-day surgical procedures.

  • We provide all veterinary services except those that require extensive hospitalization. We provide vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm tests, examination and treatment, orthopedic surgery, dental work, blood work, x-rays and therapeutic laser treatment

  • Payment is due at the time of visit. We accept cash, Visa, Master Card and Discover. We do not accept checks

  • When you visit our clinic with your pets, please have all dogs on leashes and all cats in carriers. Some animals don’t do well with others or can become uncomfortable in an unfamiliar environment and we want to ensure a pleasant experience for all of our four-legged and two-legged friends!
  • Check our website regularly for coupons and special offers!
  • Our clinic offers street parking. Please read the street signs and park in the appropriate areas to avoid getting a ticket
QUESTION: Do I have to financially qualify or live in the area or neighborhood to use the clinic?
ANSWER: No! Our clinic is open to any animal (must be spayed or neutered).
